MS features a mass range of 10-700 amu. It has a heated source, heated transferline, Heated Hyperbolic Quadrupole Mass Filter, High-Enerty Dynode (HED) Electron Multiplier Detector, Turbo Pump (250L/sec) and Roughing Pump.
